Urgent Patient Notice

If you have visited Wuhan in China, and develop a fever, difficulty breathing or a cough within 14 days, you should seek medical advice.

If you are concerned, please stay indoors and avoid contact with others where possible, ring 111 informing them of your symptoms and your recent travel to the city.

Please do not attend the surgery or go to A&E.

Please note our new opening hours are 8.00am until 6.30pm

Repeat Prescriptions

multicolour_pillsRepeat prescriptions can be ordered by bringing your repeat request to the surgery, ordering on the internet using Patient Access, by post or by fax to 0161 303 8377.  Deliveries can also be arranged by the pharmacy for housebound patients only.

Alternatively you can order online via the link at the top of this page. New users are required to carry out a simple one-off registration.

Please order all items at one time if possible.

Please do not use an appointment to acquire a repeat prescription unless you have a problem with your medication or have been asked to attend for a medication review.

The way to dispose of any unwanted medication is to return them directly to your local pharmacy as we cannot accept them.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, practice nurse or Healthcare Assistant at least once a year to review these regular medications and a notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.

Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
